Jonathan Cruz is a Bay Area native with a strong professional background in multi-family property management. His collaborative approach to his profession has enabled him to accumulate a diverse network of professionals in the industry. Jonathan is fully equipped with the necessary knowledge to provide a complete service from design to construction.
After graduating from the Academy of Art University, Jonathan gained valuable experience working directly with architects, engineers, general contractors, builders, and city planners. This unique experience accelerated his practice, enabling him to provide clients with insightful approaches to their projects.
His passion for design and his understanding of how we engage with our built environment are critical elements to creating unique projects. Whether creating a design for a small or big one, Jonathan brings a high level of care and detail to the needs and desires of his clients.
