Jonathan Cruz is an architectural design-build professional, general contractor, and real estate development advisor with more than a decade of experience guiding residential and small-scale development projects from investment strategy and feasibility through design, permitting, and construction.
With a background in architecture, construction, and real estate development, Jonathan takes an integrated approach to each project—evaluating opportunities, coordinating design and engineering, navigating entitlements and permitting, and managing construction through completion. His experience includes remodels, fix-and-flips, lot splits, SB 9 development, new construction, and complex residential redevelopment.
Jonathan’s approach connects the client’s investment objectives with practical design and construction solutions, helping property owners, investors, and developers better understand a project’s potential, costs, constraints, and path to completion.
